LO3: Still Photos of your group on the shoot

LO3:Production Meetings&Production Log

Diary Log Meetings: 
First week: 
Monday 8th April: we all allocated each other jobs in order for all the work to get done, so on the
Warda; I had to start go to the locations and find out what kind of risk there might be and then she had to come back to the group with the findings.
Minha; went to the locations that we chose and took pictures with her phone and came back and showed the rest of the group, then went onto blogger and wrote about her findings
Syran; went off and started the treatment for our production and then came back to the group to feedback what she had wrote.

Second week: After we met up at least twice, we came together for the third time and discussed what we were going to do next. 
Wednesday 10th April:
Warda; Has to make sure that her work is up to date and that she asks everyone in the group what i am missing and what needs to be done, for me to make the deadline.
Minha; went and started drawing the storyboard and asked everyone in the group for their input on how the storyboard should be set out.
Syran;  started to come up with the over voice script that we decided to have in our TV advert

Third week: After we had made sure our coursework was up to date and that we as a group were ready to start filming. 
Thursday 11th April: 
Warda;must take photos of everyone on set of our TV advert and also to take pictures of our group setting up the camera and the lighting on set as well.
Minha;Has to make sure that her work is up to date, and that shes asked everyone in the group for help on completing her work and making sure she makes the deadline that is set.
Syran;  while everyone else is on set and helping out, Syran will use the camera and film what needs to be filmed.

Fourth week: 
We got all of the footage we managed to film and start editing what we have
Monday 15th April:
Warda; Has to make sure that her work is up to date and that she asks the group for help on finding out what work she needs to do in order for her to meet the deadline that has been set.
Minha; goes on her account and starts to import all of the footage we have done on to premier pro and start cutting and editing certain clips, while everyone else is either finishing off work that is incomplete or needs to be tweaked. 
Syran; Has to make sure that her work is up to date, and that if her work is incomplete that she completes it by the end of the the lesson.

Fifth week:
finish off the editing and make sure our work is up to date.

 Monday 29th April:
Warda; I have to make sure that my work is up to date and that i have checked my work over. also i have to print my work out with the template and make sure that either someone from my group looks at it or i hand it in. 
Minha; has to look over her work and make sure that her work is completed to the best of her ability and she has to print out her work with the template and hand it in.
Syran;  must have completed her work to the best of her ability and that she has printed her work out using the template and hand it in.

LO3:Budget Plan

As we are students from Sidney Stringer Academy we did not need to play a fee to use the locations. But if we were to pay to hire the locations we will have to follow this guide line below:

From £750 - £5,000+ per 12 hour day
Television Dramas
From £500 - £3,000+ per 12 hour day

From £400 - £1000+ per 12 hour day
Photoshoots
From £500 - £1500+ per 10 hour day
Television Commercials
From £1000 - £3000+ per 12 hour day
Music Videos
From £500 - £3000+ per 12 hour day


We needed each of our locations for 2 hours. All together we have filmed for 4 hours. So the hire would have cost us around 1000 pound for professional hire for the day.

Camera hire - The camera we used to film was the Nikon D700, these are the hiring prices: 

We needed the camera for filming for around 4 hours. All together to hire the Nikon would be £60 pound for day hire.

Tripod hire - The tripod we used to film was an Velbon basic, these are the hiring prices: 
We needed the tripod to keep the camera steady and keep a good height and to pan. we needed the tripod for around 4 hours, all together the to hire the tripod would be £5.00 pound for a day hire.

LO3: StoryBoard

These are copies of are original story board, within the boxes are different scenes and what happens in them. There are 9 scenes in our advert all together and within each drawing shows what will happen in the summed up. also it shows what kind of shots we will use, for example in scene 1 we will be doing an establishing shot and also in scene 4 we will be doing a close up of the boys face and exceptions and reaction.
